Adriane Lee Schwartz, CEO of Style Search, has over 30 years of experience as a recruiter for the Jewelry & Accessories Industries, an M.S. in Organizational Behavior and extensive education in Design. She sees her role as helping to build businesses by placing extraordinary individuals in all capacities. “Whether a role is Officer, Senior Executive, Mid or Junior Level, every employee contributes to the success of a business. My clients are entitled to hire exemplary performers – optimal, well-credentialed individuals – and it’s my job to find them.”
